Ángel Gómez de Agreda

Teniente Coronel del Ejército del Aire
Jefe de la Sección de Cooperación del Mando Conjunto de Ciberdefensa

Es Diplomado de Estado Mayor, diplomado en Seguridad de Vuelo por la Universidad del Sur de California (USCA) y por el Ejército del Aire, Máster en Terrorismo por la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja y doctorando por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en Derecho Internacional Público.

​El Teniente Coronel De Ágreda es piloto de transporte con 4.000 horas de vuelo en distintos tipos de aviones. Ha sido profesor de vuelo y jefe del 351 y 353 escuadrones de Fuerzas Aéreas en la Base Aérea de Getafe.

​Fue también paracaidista y profesor de paracaidismo con 624 saltos, la mayor parte de apertura manual. Fue miembro y jefe de la Patrulla Acrobática de Paracaidismo del Ejército del Aire (PAPEA) y del Equipo Nacional de Paracaidismo.

​Ha sido profesor en el Departamento de Estrategia y Relaciones Internacionales del Centro Superior de Estudios de la Defensa Nacional (CESEDEN), con el que sigue colaborando regularmente. También se ha desempeñado como analista geopolítico en la Secretaría General de Política de Defensa del Ministerio de Defensa.

Bruno Horta Soares
President – ISACA Lisbon Chapter.

Professional experience in the Professional Services industry, particularly in areas related with Digital Transformation, Governance, Management, Risk and Security.

Bruno started his career at Deloitte Consulting, worked for Information Risk Management area at KPMG and for Enterprise Risk Services area at Deloitte. In 2012 he founded GOVaaS – Governance Advisors as-a-service, where he is currently Senior Advisor, and since then he actively collaborates with an ecosystem of local and international partners, particularly IDC Portugal where since 2015 he is Leading Executive Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation, Governance, Strategy and Security related areas.

He has a 5 years degree in Management and Computer Science, from ISCTE and an Executive Program in Project Management, from ISLA. He has the professional accreditations PMP®, CISA®, CGEIT®, CRISC™ and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. He teaches in different Executive Programs in several universities at Portugal and Angola, he’s founder and President of the ISACA Lisbon Chapter, member of several professional associations, and keynote speaker at various local and international conferences and seminars.

In 2019 he was selected as the recipient of the ISACA Global Achievment – John Kuyers Award for Best Speaker.


Alessandro Mantelero
Professor of Private Law Polytechnic University of Turin


Alessandro Mantelero is Associate Professor of Private Law at the Polytechnic University of Turin. He is Council of Europe Rapporteur on Artificial Intelligence and data protection. In 2016, he was appointed expert consultant by the Council of Europe to draft the Guidelines on personal data in a world of Big Data (2017). He is also member of the IPEN – Internet Privacy Engineering Network (European Data Protection Supervisor) and has served as an expert on data regulation for the UN–ILO, the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, the UN-OHCHR, the European Commission, the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, the Italian Ministry of Justice and the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM). He has held visiting appointments in several universities (Harvard, Oxford, Nanjing – NUITS, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) and he is member of the editorial boards of Computer Law & Security Review.

Nuria Oliver
Data Scientist Vodafone
Nuria Oliver is a computer scientist. She holds a Ph.D. from the Media Lab at MIT. She is the first female computer scientist in Spain to be named an ACM Distinguished Scientist and an ACM Fellow. She is also a Fellow of the European Association of Artificial Intelligence and a IEEE Fellow. She is a member of the Academia Europaea and the fourth and youngest female member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Engineering. In 2018 she was named Engineer of the Year by the Professional Association of Telecommunication Engineers of Spain and she received an honorary doctorate from the University Miguel Hernandez.
She is well known for her work in computational models of human behavior, human computer-interaction, intelligent user interfaces, mobile computing and big data for social good. She is the named inventor of 41 patents. She is a frequent keynote speaker both for technical and non-technical audiences. She regularly collaborates with and is featured by the media. She is very passionate about the power of technology to improve our quality of life, both individually and collectively (Wikipedia).
She invests significant effort in outreach efforts to make technology more accessible to non technical audiences and to inspire young people –and particularly girls– to pursue careers in technology.

Bjørn R. Watne
Information Security Executive (CISO). StoreBrand

VP, and Head of Information Security for the Storebrand-group (Insurance, Banking, Asset Mgmt) in the Nordics and throughout Europe (London, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Frankfurt).

Bjørn R. Watne has 18 years of professional experience working with Information Security, and is currently employed as CISO for the Storebrand Group – delivering services within banking and insurance for the Scandinavian market. Previous to joining the financial sector, Watne held numerous positions within telecoms as well as working as a consultant with different industries. He has his BSc in Computer Science from Agder University in Norway, and an MBA from ESCP in Paris, France. Professional certifications include CISSP and ISSMP from (ISC)2, and CISA, CISM, CRISC and CGEIT from ISACA, where he currently sits as Director of International Relations for ISACA Norway chapter.
